Twitterfeed is one of those invaluable applications if you have a Twitter account that you want to keep tweeting to - but not enough time. Like all such tools, you can use it responsibly or you can spam away to your hearts content. PLEASE don't do the latter!
What Twitterfeed does is to allow you to push one or more feeds (RSS, Atom, XML, etc.) to any Twitter or facebook accounts that you control.
This means that their twitter feed is tweeting regularly and relevantly - making it worth following (to those who enjoy Conveyancing!)
